-I start off by gathering a large amount of Sui chakra.I build up a big enough amount to create a large orb of water next to me.Once I have enough chakra I use the Tiger hand seal and send the accumulated chakra into the water.I use the chakra to make the water rise up and then use shape manipulation to form the raised water into an orb.I concentrate completely on forming the orb and once it's made I use my chakra to make multiple whips fly out of the orb.I direct the whips of water at your clones piercing through each clone with two whips.-

Description: The user first performs Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare and by tspreading their hands out forward they can use this jutsu to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. The target is unable to move while within it. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the jutsu, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

Perform the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare hand seals and concentrate suiton chakra into the water. Then form an orb of water around my clone and put your hand in it to control it.
