and without the proper traning it can cause horrible recoil

and its used as a offensive element because beside lightning it only harms not help.

to throw u off guard and restrain you from moving freely i would use that move on you

(Katon: Kasumi Endu no Jutsu) - Fire Style: Mist Covering Technique

i would also use this 2 confuse the enemy, since its a mist technique it can temporarly blind the enemy so while i blind the enemy and withdraw from the attack i would ignore my fire to blow u 2 smitherings
