Also. See that sheet/paper wrapped around the kunai, it can get damaged and once that happens he can't teleport anymore.

even when they are clashing he can teleport to the safe kunai and attack and he endanger him self to use rassengan beast through the kunai his oppent is not fast enough to react and stop throwing kunai cuz they is still kunai in his face coming at him and if he stops they will hit him minato finishes him off with rassengan or incoming kunai

The seals are on the kunai because that way he actually has a way to get the seal to the enemy. What's he going to do just bring the seals to the fight and throw them at the enemy lmao? There's no proof in the manga that if the seal gets damaged he won't be able to transport. You're using SPECULATION, do you know what that word means?

as to Jinchuriki. what enhances one speed is chakra. Jinchuriki have abundant chakra, it can be channeled for speed. Gaara didn't do that however, because that isn't his fighting style

Base Minato is not as fast as a senjutsu user

and minato in mid clashing teleports up!

an odama rassengan so even if you manage to look up and start throwing kunai up at him the other kunai he through are still coming and on top of that he can teleport back to them and hit you with a kunai stab

he throws more kunai and traps that ass

and can even do more combos with more kunai and the ones from above will get behind you no matter what one cuz the deflection is random and in mid fight u cant control where they go and he can just throw it there

either way

you cant deflect kunai like rotation with no one can trow it that fast in naruto and even if you could he is still at a disadvantage cuz the kunai go every where

ill give you that as a weakness

If that's true than tell my why did Minato get the nickname yellow flash? Don't tell me it was because of ftg because that's false. He got that name because of his base speed, which means he was very fast without the use of ftg. Meaning no not everybody is that fast. Stop hating and look at the facts.

THAT was never directly stated, so in a sense ; both statements are not 100% accurate. plus look at the bigger picture , we have only seen minatos base speed twice (kakashi story & rescuing baby naruto from madaras kunai) neither of them where out of the ordinary compared to speeds of sasuke, lee , naruto and raikage; so thats where the argument leans most towards.
my opinion; minato was the creater of ftg, therfor the only person who knew it (assuming he wont go blabbing its secrets) and from its benefits it gave him a speed of a blink of an eye. this has more of a chance of gaining more credibility than base speed seeing that he developed a whole new technique to get to such a level of speed , and obviously , the title of "the yellow flash" followed.

naruto obviously can ^. this must been sasuke can aswell since hes an equal , and nagato since he woopped narutos ass, heck itachi can use his shuriken skills to counter minatos and also win in the end.
