sasuke can just use kirin on gaara which will break down his sand defense and also damage him.For raikage he just need to use amarsatsu as a defense with his susanno (completed) and wait till he attack.For mugikage he just need to do genjutsu or lightning aoe skill to kill her since she mostly water type.onoki will be hard but sasuke will need to use susano as offense and also an defense till onoki atom ability worn out and use water skill( strong against rock techniques) follow by lightning skill ( water conduct electricity) to counter and defeat onoki

raikage make also hard to beat if sasuke go fully offensive.that why he need to use amarsatu shield to wait on raikage to pop up ( since he fast )and attack.

sasuke can handle them if he use susano as his defense then amarsatu the place .What jutsu can stop amarsatu from what u know?also amarsatu will help to from the cloud condition for kirin.
