my guess is kisame because he has a huge chakra reserve and would drown him out in an ocean of water making it hard for kakashi

Kakashi could Kumi Kisame, I don't see Kisame as a really quick ninja to dogde that technique. This would be tough for Kakashi b/c Kisame has endless chakra and can absorb chakra. Kakashi just has to work the long distance and could come out on top

Kamui has the potential to end things in an instant, but if Kakashi cant get Kisame quickly then his Stamina is gonna be his downfall.

Tough one; Kisame made that huge bubble in his fight with bee by taking the 8-tails chakra, so we can count that move out (and shark mode is useless without it). On the other hand, Kakashi gets weak really fast by using Kamui so we can count that one out as well (unless Kakashi is in a dire situation). Who knows?

kakashi can win if he could make a trap and make kisame atack him with samehada , and then it's nice aoccasion to send samehada in an other dimenssion .

kisame without samehada has not chance against kakashi.

Itachi said something to Kisame about Kakashi as well such as, "not to fight him because it won't be without cost and time." Nothing was stated strongly enough that could be used here in a vs. thread to decide the outcome though as far as I'm concerned at least.

Kisame would win hands down.

Kisame has shown to be adept at using Mizu-clones and keeping up with Guy and 3 others (even though it wasn't even Kisame). Kisame is speedy, especially underwater.

Also, Itachi told Kisame not to fight because his JUTSU's STAND OUT TOO MUCH and that Itachi didn't want to draw more attention to themselves. Not because he could somehow lose to Guy (there is irony in that statement, I know).

Anyway, Kisame would simply win. His ability to drain chakra from his opponents reduces Kakashi's chances of winning even more as his chakra pool only permits him to use 2 Mangekyo's in one fight.
