Naruto Kyuubi Transformations

Ok well I'm wondering why Naruto has gone in so many different transformations (1-tail, 4-tail, 6-tail, 8-tail) Why can't he go in 2-tail mode, 5-tail, and 7-tail mode? I'm just a bit curious about this phenomenon that is present. Can someone give me an answer with proof no bullshit making up stuff.:lili:

Well I'm pretty sure that theres a reason to it besides that because throughout all of Naruto and Naruto shippuden I haven't seen him go through the other tail modes.

and tbh i dont see the point of kishi showing us the other tail modes now since he already skipped them it wont do much good regressing backwards and showing us now imo.

im pretty sure he could go to the other modes.. but did you ever wonder that waiting a long time in each other arc just to see him go up 1 tail mode.. would have been kinda boring? right? kishi did good and made the suspense high when he made naruto jump a few levels -my opinion
