madara would win either way with or without becos he has the best defense and better speed than nagato not to mention has full awareness of his abilities to absorb him and also has izanagi as a back up so he would very likely win. With rinnegan its not even a competition and its easily madara. apaprently when you think a instant jutsu like shinra tensai wont it madara when he solidfies makes you the ultimate fan of uchiha's
