8 headed snake. It goes hard the 1 tailed is not that strong on it's own it got hit by chief toad.

Akatsuki members were able capture jinchuriki's alive
i bet they had to defeat jinchuriki+tailed beast
oro was one of the strongest member and shikaku is the weakest tailed beast.

So Minato, Hashirama, Hidan and Kakuzu must've just politely asked for the tailed beast to seal themselves. :flaw: plus regular Orochimaru fought a 4-tailed naruto and lived.
