And like I said, I have no idea how a fight like that would go. Besides Mihawk having the upperhand in Swordsmanship and Rayleigh's awesome use of Haki. Could go either way.

But Mihawk is pretty powerful so I would assume he can use Haki to some extent at least. And he won't get knocked out by Haoshoku. But we really don't know enough about either..

I think it would be pretty close, but I have to give the edge to Rayleigh. He was able to fight Kizaru on equal footing and I think Kizaru is a little bit above Mihawk. If Mihawk could draw it out for a while, he would be able to outlast Rayleigh, so it would all depend on if Rayleigh could end it quickly.
