Actually we haven't really seen any "real" skill out of either one of these Kage's.

One hand we have the man that created the first Kekkei Tota, Can turn perfectly invisible (can ONLY be found threw physical contact), expert sensor type.....Other than that we couldn't see much from him due to that prick "Superman" Naruto ~_~" oh and has past of ancestors that created a techcalled Infinite Explosions

then on the other hand we have a master of Genjutsu that has a summoning Clam that makes Illusions of the summoner and the Clam (can be found by sensor types, member of the Houzuki clan that has an oil based liquid instead of water, and uses a technique created by his rival's ancestors.

Now also everyone stop tryin to Over play the past Hokages being stronger than them all :| We have no idea who would beat who seeing as they all lived in different locations some of them at different times.

Also we barely know anything of what any of them could do outside of Minato and Hiruzen we never really saw any of the others fight anybody
