Is there any other way put this kind of file on your signature not by converting to gif? if convert is needed so with witch program should i convert Swf. files?

thats a shock wave file which you cannot use as a signature. You can make it a game or a movie but as far as for a sig vbulletin doesn't support that file extension. to convert it to another file type try

find a program to convert the swf to gif and upload it.. the file might be to big for sig though.
