I go with minato just because he is faster, he can kill itachi before itachi uses susanoo, and if this is edo itachi then I still go with minato because I think minato can seal him.

Itachi would beat Minato, the speed of Minato will be the biggest challenge obviously but Itachi has tsukuyomi and Susano with Sword of Totsuka and the shield. It will be to much for Minato has powerful has he is.

Hmmm I'm not sure. It would be a hell of a fight. Minato has the flying thunder god but itachi knows that and would probably use susanoo and he also has genjusu. But minato is extremely fast and has great techniques too. I say minato. Plusi like him more but I think minato anyways.

too fast to get hit by amaterasu
doesn't have anything that can pierce susanoo, but we haven't seen a susanoo user able to
move quickly while susanoo is activated. susanoo will never hit him, and he will just wait for itachi to eat up all his chakra.

1st off itachi's sharingan perception shouldn't be any better than sasuke's, which couldn't even keep up with the raikage. 2nd, being able to see something and being able to react to it is something else. Itachi knew that the lightning was coming because sasuke took the liberty to explain exactly what was going to happen and kirin had to form into that monster first before it could be launched. Itachi also didn't have to physically move to activate susanoo. Against minato, he won't know when the flash will flicker right behind him because he will be flickering all over the place, easily loosing itachi's eyesight.

I could as well,say that Itachi can put Minato inside genjutsu in the first place,when both characters know what their opponents are made up of and is still stupid enough to let themselves getting slaughtered with their high intellect.
