Best Rpers? [Baby Generation]

Well, in opionistic terms, I am.
Thats great. Thats how you would do, than so be it.
Well, people that have actually impressed me with their skills, understanding of the RP, and serenity are:
-Inchato._ He is good, he looks for flaws and exploits them, though, he tends to, get a little competitive
-Luffy.. ._ He has a general understanding of the RP, though he isn't the greatest, he has shown remarkable skill in cannon and CJ. Though, he always plays the safe line
-Phobos._ Even though I haven't fought him directly, I have seen some of his fights. He has good combos, not outstanding, but he gets to the point. Sometimes though, he is misinformed about a jutsu and uses it improperly, as any new generation would do, including myself.
-Scorps._ Well, he has been here for a long time, but started to RP recently. He has a strong understanding of the jutsu usage, and reads his information well.

I noticed it was because we started Rping around the same time actually he started first I was just here for the anime and manga for the longest time... xd

Only ones I can really think of are Yard and Howard. O_O That said, I'm horribly out of touch with the RP, especially the newest generation o.o
