The technique is pretty much self explenatory. Concentrate water chakra through your body and go into the lake and try to propel yourself, masking your prescence.
Now here is my advise. Don't ever use this jusu because of you do so, a skilled RPer would immediately use lightning at the water and you will be killed. So if you see someone using this technique just do what I just said.
Now perform it as I described above.
-I begin by molding a suitable amount of Sui chakra.As I have enough chakra gathered I jump into the water while releasing the chakra around me and using it to propel me forwards,while masking my presence.I dash through the water while keeping a constant flow of chakra coming and releasing it.I then propel myself upwards coming out of the water.-

Another simple technique. Concentrate Suiton chakra in your hand and try to release a jet of water at my clone *poof*
Not very effective technique as it only goes up to short range.
-I begin by molding a decent amount of Sui chakra.I gather a big enough amount to create a somewhat powerful jet of water.I then send the Sui chakra to my palm.I lift my hand up facing your clone (which is short range of me) and start releasing the chakra.I use shape manipulation to turn the chakra into a jet of water and direct it at your clone.I aim for the clones abdomen and upon impact the clone poofs.-

This is the technique. So perform the Boar → Dog → Horse → Tiger hand seals and then concentrate Suiton chakra into the lake next to us and try to form a large spiraling stream of water and send it at my clone *poof*
Btw, I forgot to tell you this and I always tell this when teaching Suiton. All jutsu that do not specify that water is not needed or isn`t spit out of the mouth need a water source to perform. So you should know this if you don't know it already.

-I start off by molding a suitable amount of Sui chakra in my body.I gather it all to one place so I can easily release it from my body.I gather a huge amount and when I think I have enough to create black clouds full of oil I release the chakra and direct it into the sky.After a few short moments the sky above us darkens,as the clouds turn black.I make sure non of the oil falls on us.A black liquid starts pouring out of the clouds covering the whole field in front of us.-

A good combo here would be to use lightning along with this one to zap the opponent and then finish him off with something strong...

Start by concentrating your suiton chakra into your palm and then then spin it. Once you think the totation is enough blast it forward and try to create a a spiraling wall of water.
-I begin by molding a large amount of Sui chakra in the palm of my hand,thus creating water in it.As the water appears I use chakra to make it spin.I keep creating water and adding rotation to it until I think it is good enough.I blast the rotating water forward creating a spiraling wall of water which can be used to defend from fire jutsu.-
