and depends if the hachibi can break him out of tsukyomi

without knowledge: draw/ could go either way
amaterasu will end bee, unless samehara can absorb it or he can do a substitution with his tail like he did against sasuke.

I don't think susanoo can take tailed beast bomb, unless mirror of yata absolutely deflects any attack. And if that happens, samehara can most likely cut through susanoo seeing as its made of chakra and a jutsu.

though i might change my opinion if someone would post why itachi would win instead of just itachi wins

samehada weakness is fire it does not like fire and the uchiha clan specializes in fire. so bee automatic loss the MS is too powerful

just because it doesn't like fire doesn't mean it can't absorb it. It still cut through itachi's fireball. I think that there would be a limit to how much amaterasus samehara could absorb, but he definitely can cut through fire jutsu.

Killerbee, He's the perfect Jinchuuriki and the Hachibi and break Bee out of Tsukyomi. Plus Samehada at his side makes him able to absorb Itachi's jutsus.
