I think he will run out of energy, but keep fighting just on willpower. More than once he has gone way past the point where the stamina of most uzumaki would probably run out. And yeah, Sasuke is gonna go a bit insane and start destroying stuff just to get to Naruto, Kabuto might get in the way and force Sasuke into a power draining battle. But Naruto won't stop fighting until someone knocks him out or kills him.

This is just my theory
