b..he killed the shusius's(wrng spelng)eyed crow..
c..he is going to stop edo tensei instead of stoping sasuke..

a. At least he had conscience and didn't kill Sasuke. He also didn't want to do this. I'm not sure if there will be a consequence if Itachi doesn't obey Danzo's orders (correct me if I'm wrong).
b. He said they don't need it anymore. Since the koto amatsumaki can only be used once every ten years. He also said that Naruto has something more important which is Shisui's feelings (correct me if I'm wrong).
c. He said he'll leave Sasuke to Naruto. And actually, someone should also go and stop edo tensei...

a.. we dont realy know why he killed uchiha but the hokage and elders did the orders not himself hes was just loyal to his hokage and hes very wise so im sure there was one of his plans behind

b.. shisuis eye couldnt be activated for atlest 10 years and in this time much more shinobi would be killed by zetsu army and the edo tenseis + its shisuis DNA and kabuto needs DNA of the person he wants to revive and dont forget with shisui he would got a rely big advange cuz of his skills with genjutsu and sunshin

c..he alredy tried to stop sasuke but failed so he let naruto to do it because naruto is much more of a brother then itachi to sasuke. as i said before with edo tenseis there alredy many shinobis dead and if he stops the edo tenseis then kabuto and madara loses 50% of the armys power

in all seriousness Itachi is the opposite. he sacrificed everything for the village and still wants to protect it. Also Danzo had gotten to Shisui first and he gave Itachi his eye, knowing Danzo would come back for him to kill him and get his other eye. For all we know, Shisui really did kill himself after intrusting Itachi with protecting the village.

Also Itachi wanting to stop the edo jutsu was the smartest move. It would end the war quicker and then he could comfront Sasuke. He's trying to take the path with little casualties. He's always been that way and that makes him brilliant. imo anyways

That's why he is calling him stupid. He should have killed Sasuke and donated his eye to danzou so that he could EMS and take care of Madara. He himself could use Shisui's for the missing one or could have had EMS himself and Challanged Madara making a tag team with Nagato.

I'll only answer to A because the other questions has already been explicitly answered before me.
Uchiha's were planning a coup d'etat on Konoha (if you don't know what it means, it's an attack to the government of Konoha in order to take them off power) and Uchiha's would kill anyone that would try to stop them = Konoha ninja's and villagers, in order for them to rule Konoha because of their desire and feeling of superiority.

So, when the attack would be made, even if Konoha win, it would be weak and other nations could take the fire country. If Uchiha won, the same would happen.

So in order to prevent chaos, the elders of Konoha (not 3rd Hokage) ordered someone that loved his village to kill the Uchihas and protect the peace in Konoha. That one was Itachi, who knew about the coup d'etat and explained that to the elders.

If Itachi and Madara/Tobi didn't do it, (Uchiha Massacre) the hole Konoha village and Fire Country would be put in chaos and more lives would be lost.

the hokage made uchiha police force to have the uchihas in control and spy for them(or have an eye on them) and not to give them power. the uchihas have the curse of hatred not the will of fire thats because any of uchihas isnt hokage because the uchihas r around hatred and so they r dangerous (expect itachi, obito and shisui they were loyal to konoha)
