I think he would.....Understand this he took a direct hit from one of the most powerful jutsu's ever created.......I have no doubt that he'd kill Sasuke.....But I think that sage mode Naruto would also have a hard time with him......I think that the fight would be good but no matter which way you look at it the Raikage is just superior.....Lighting....Endurance....Speed.....I just don't feel like Sasuke could hang.....I will say that it'd be interesting....But I can't go with Sasuke....Just doesn't make sense....
I actually think the 3rd Raikage can beat sasuke EMS and all. Sasunoo isn't unbreakable or Itachi wouldn't have a shield that blocks all attacks because if it was then the shield is just worthless. The 3rd Raikage gots a really powerful wind jutsus and his own chidori type move the seems way more powerful than kakashi's or sasuke's so it should be strong enough to break throught sasunoo if it can break throught a big rock wall and lava release jutsus. Plus his speed, strength, and durability.

Eh if there was a thunder storm going on maybe but otherwise lol fourth Riakage almost killed him and it's clearly stated that third is more powerful so my votes with third, though it would be a interesting fight
