Madara, with the shared vision, he will have a good defence and it would prevent minato from effectively using his FTG technique. Also, seeing as they ARE previous jinchuuriki's they probably punch as hard as Tsunade. So I would have to root for Madara. If anyone says differently they are Minato Fanboys.

Last time i checked Minatos FTG jutsu beat Madaras space time ninjutsu in a battle of speed and madara got beat. Madara has the rinnengan now so he would probably win, but minato definitely has the better speed as shown in there battle 16 years ago.
