Uchiha, them and the Senju were feared clans in the world. The sharingan can predict the movements of the opponent, plus the Uchiha can use pretty much and jutsu they've seen beforehand. Plus they're master fire style users, and if they have the MS, they pretty much instantly win.

Uchiha hands down. =/ No matter who you like, and even if the manga said at one point that the Sharingan was believed to be derived from the Byakugan (I don't recall them saying which was better, but I do recall Kakashi saying something along these lines) Kishi, as always, took something with the potential to be insane and undermined it heavily, while focusing only on the most important and landmark abilities. As far as the members go. The Uchiha clan has Sasuke, Itachi, Madara (I wouldn't be surprised if those three alone could wipe the Hyuuga clan, no joke), Shisui, and Izuna and was said to simply be filled to the brim with geniuses. As far as we know, the Hyuuga clan only has Neji (he's a jounin, but we have yet to see anything impressive from him since his fight with Kidomaru back in the original Naruto), Hinata (her sight is good, but that's about all), and a bunch of other people who were pretty much introduced in the original Naruto series and then forgotten. :| I'm not an Uchiha fanboy, but I honestly don't see any hope for the Hyuuga clan in this battle. If it was a basic Sharingan user vs a Byakugan user then we'd have more to talk about, but in a clan vs clan battle... Uchiha are just way too overpowered. =/

Hyūga Clan's Tijutsu may be the strongest but Uchiha would be able to predict every move. The Senju clan and the Uchiha clan were the two strongest clans in the world. And both Senju and Uchiha were the descendents of Sage of the Six Paths. It has been said that the Sharingan was somehow derived from the Hyūga clan's Byakugan but Madara said that the elder son inherited Sage of the Six Paths eyes so I think the Sharingan evolved from these and the the one(whoever he/she was, I dont remember) was wrong.

Hyuga is no match for uchiha (direct descendent of so6p), i dont know why people are choosing hyuga over uchiha. Uchiha was the most feared clan in shinobi world along with senju. Hyuga is good in taijutsu so?? Byakugan has a blind spot. Sharingan is far more superior than byakugan it has powerful ninjutsu and genjutsu while byakugan only comes handy in taijutsu.

lol funny. you can screw your genjutsu against a byakugan user. if we don't count that overpowered MS/EMS crap than Hyuugas have a good chance. with it then Uchiha.
btw you really don't want to fight with a Hyuuga in close combat... + Kishi didn't showed anything about the Hyuugas and their true strengths, so we don't know what they are capable of.

wow...ppl seem to have forgotten what madara told sasuke....when madara was explaining the clan history, as we know the Uchiha clan were unmatched, the only clan that could rival them were the Senju...and that brings us to the clans both the Uchiha and Senju had defeated, most of the clans that were defeated by them make up the leaf village, Either Senju or Uchiha beat the Hyuga, either or wouldnt matter...the manga still states that the clans are unmatched....
it just seems like ppl hate the uchiha...which is understandable....but haters gonna hate i guess lol, im gonna go with the obvious answer....the hyuga are powerful...but the uchiha would prevail...i think a better match would be the hyuga clan vs the aburame clan

If the hyuga really can win against the uchiha, then that would mean they could also defeat the senju, which we know isnt possible because if it were, then the hyuga wouldnt be in the leaf village to begin with, they wouldnt have been conquered & forced to live in the leaf
the leaf village is made up of clans conquered & defeated by the senju & uchiha....so in theory...the uchiha probably wouldnt even need sasuke, itachi & madara, tho that would make it easier

Completey agree, the Uchiha and the Senju were the best clans in ninja history, the thing is that a lot of people hate the Uchiha which is understandable, they have overpowered eyes, MS/EMS, are generally smarter, plus they even get the girls lol, but w/e haters gonna hate.
