This is one of the closest battles I think, I would initially go to Kakashi for his MS and jutsu. But Konan is smart, and her paper clones are really strong, she is the strongest kunoichi and was strong enough to nearly take down Madara. My vote goes for her

he could make more damage , but not kill him , unless he could use izunagi

I HIGHLY doubt that, kakashi is on a different level than other jounin, but his best move is Kamui, and Madara's intangibility would make it immune to it. Kakashi is a good opponent, but Konan is closer to Madara's level than Kakashi. Konan is an S-level Ninja, while Kakashi is a jounin, S-level are usually as good as kages...

kakashi sensei and almost killing madara doesnt count. kakashi almost killed god realm pain but it didnt happen . kakashi would beat her in a sweat and if konan fought the abrumane clan she would of lost too

As much as i like konan..i got to decline kakashi has this by far...with the sharingan he can predict her moves..wide aresnal of jutsu hell we haven't even seen him use all his jutsu..konan's got just paper clones on her..we've seen kakashi use shadow clones.water clones and even a lightning clone..and what about his elemental manipulation the lighning beast running jutsu? the only way i see konan winning is if she outlasts kakashi and makes him use up all his chakra...
