Kisame is too high, he should be put in Btier list. He was Bijuu specialist, but overall he wasnt that powerful. For example, Deidara would destroy him.

Amd why is that? Pain was much, much more powerful than Jiraiya.

A lot of people underestimate Kisame imo, although i have to hear from more people to move him down.

The Madara that Minato fought was weak as stated by Itachi just a shadow of his former self who fought Hashirama, that weak Madara is below Minato in the tier list.

Ok, i know you find Nagato one of the most Powerful characters, and he is obviously but, think about this, Pain when fighting against Naruto was having a really hard time against 6 tailed fox, then against 8 tails he was mostly scared and amazed, Madara Prime easily controlled the fox at 9 TAILS, and Hashirama beat that EMS Madara PLUS the fox with 9 tails.

Full powered Nagato would still be having a harder time against the fox because its his own body.

Read the first pharagraph before the tier list, i find Kishi to be the major troll, as he changes the story as he goes, leave incomplete ideas and never goes into detail in the interviews, if he says so when Naruto is finished i'll believe him.

when you start saying kishi is wrong you know you have lost the plot just look at this way its nagatos rinnegan that madara is using and nagato is better seeing as hes had it for 30+ years and just looking at all of his feats you will see how strong he is...

Not saying he is wrong, i don think in absolutes, so please dont you. Im saying by now as he is developing the story he could think different, there are even parts of the story where the editors asked him to do changes and focus on other things, im pretty sure he thinks different 3 years later about his own manga. Thats why im not taking in account a old interview, that was translated by i dont know who, and where kishi didnt had more than half of the manga written.

I moved your character above a full powered Itachi where a lot of people would disagree, but if you think he is stronger than Hashirama and Madara at their prime, you need much more to back it up, because every analogy i think of, tells me otherwise. Starting by how he was manipulated in Akatsuki by a weak Madara, and claims to have given Nagato the rin'negan.
