I cant stand the vs threads no longer, so i decided to create a thread where we can all collaborate to determine each character level, ill update it frequently in accord to the opinions of the majority, please discuss without bashing, and only giving reasons, and hipothetical matches. Please dont say anything about Kishimoto interviews, unless its a really new one in 2011. I'll put my tier list so if you disagree with me please say it in a good manner and then post your changes.

ps: Madara, Hiruzen, Nagato and Itachi are tricky because they are the only character who were in a weakened or different state than full power/not sick, so ill put them all.

Each Tier from stronger to weaker, there are some pairs i found as equals though, like Kakashi and Gai. Please post in which character placement you disagree, ill update after more opinions though.

madara with renengan and edo nagato, or full power nagato should be in Ss tier.

might guy should be in S teir since he has the potential/ability to surpass the power of a kage with his Gates.

killer bee , 8 tails biju and samaheda puts him on the same level as naruto in power, just consider the samehada as an Extra tail.

well Nagato or madara should be at the top of S tier or in the are own tier s+ kabuto should be in A tier,sakura B tier,shikamaru B tier and more akatsaki A and B tier

Then S tier would be HUGE, there are a lot of characters who are more powerful than Kages, mostly Akatsuki and Missing Ninjas. If more people agree with you about Gai i will move him up.

I recommend gai be moved up due to his potential with 8 gates. kakashi is definitely an A. And Bee should be bumped up. otherwise i agree with everything you have up there

Ok moving UP Kakashi and Gai, i need more opinions about Bee though.

Remove Shikamaru from that list he's strength isn't even at Jounin level
And if Pain is in S class Jiraiya should be too

minato and the 3rd (prime should be after MAdara cos kishimoto himself said that they were the two strongest dead charecters, sasuke is higher than itachi because now he has Itachi's powers in top of his own so he has clearly surpassed his brother

Actually Sakura is one of the best ninjas in the medical department way more usefull than Sai IMHO, but if more people agree with you, ill move them, after all this is a community tier list.
