Hmm i was thinking this also but if that was the case why would this tobi fear Izuna? He'd just destroy him right away as ET resurects people the way they were before they died, so he'd be blind without a sharinghan

not quite .... Nagato and Itachi had their eyes taken by Madara but still when they where res. they still had their eyes so .....

But nagato had his eyes taken from him *after* he died and same with itachi, thus why they still kept it no?

Edit: and as ET bring back a person just as he was before he dies they were exactly the same Nagato had white hair and had to make itachi his walking stick XD

no because the ET jutsu revives them with all of their body parts because the jutsu creates new ones for them and gives them the same abilities they had before.
