We hav all seen ginjou in his full bringing form With just his sword but when he took Ichigos powers he changed and his fullbring became different but had resemblance to ichigos.

but we also know he use to be a shinigami so did he lose his powers just like ichigo or where they taken away from him when he left the soul society im shore then if he still had his shinigami power the would hav combined with his fullbring.

And does can every shinigami loose their powers just by using a certain technique.

And if a normal Shinigami loses their power wont they die (Ichigo didn't die because of him being half human )

Well he didn't do any thing bad but attack Ichigo but if you think about it he must hav had a reason for leaving the soul society and in the end i think that Urahara might be a bad guy even Aizen wanted him dead from the start to the very end

Sure..If Aizen, the main antagonist, wants him dead he must be a bad guy.

In the end Aizen wished for his powers to be gone just as Ichigo said he could not hav been all that bad
That was Ichigo's hypothesis. Nonetheless, Aizen fully intended to create the Ouken and rule the universe. He was bad.
You're taking Ginjou and Aizen's words/actions to judge Kisuke despite the fact that former are the two main villains so far and Kisuke was instrumental in returning Ichigo's power.

True but why would 2 people with different goals wanted to kill the same man
Aizen hated Kisuke because despite Kisuke's intelligence he made no moves against the Spirit King. He sat idly and Aizen despised that.

Ginjou simply was doing his best to throw Ichigo into turmoil. By making Kisuke seem evil, it prevented the possibility of Ichigo relaying what was going on with him to Kisuke. It also caused him to begin to lose trust in those nearest to him. The less people Ichigo trusted, the easier it would be to carry out his plan.

"So you did see it" This must hav Referred to something inside Kisuke.Aizen was able to see this because he was in his transcendent form which before he could not see just being a normal shinigami

So i do know if one shinigami is powerful enough to transcend another they can see whts in side their mind and hearts ( This is proven by Kisuke acknowledging Aizens words and Also when Ichigo seen whts in Aizen heart that he lost his power just by wishng them away Ichigo was able to see this because he transcended Aizen. And this may also prove that Aizen was not all that bad and why was Ginjou and Aizen after him.
