This is tough simply because Orochimaru just doesn't know how to die. The guy is a pest and no matter what you do to try and kill him he keeps coming back, but minato is very smart so i think he'll find a way. If Orochimaru can't use Edo Tensei than Minato wins.

It was cuz Madara was controlling it Oro can just summon his snakes and give them orders or something.

I'm sure Minato has more than just ftg and rasengan in his arsenal, but we've seen so little of him we don't what else he has. Still orochimarus edo tensei could make it a little tough.

So what does that make orochimaru who killed hiruzen and could match his ninjutsu. The man was called a genius, he was feared and respected as one of the sannins. There is a reason for that. I´m sure he wouldn´t fall for the same trick twice if he surived against hiruzens dead demon seal the first time.
