NO animal is simply born smart, but every animal has a natural instinct to protect itself and it's family. It is the same with a country.

History has taught us that protecting yours comes first, for if you don't, there will be no one to teach in the first place.

I think of it like this. The Militia of old, all lined up in formation to shoot the powder and lead ball using weapons. The reason they did this is because they didnt know how to aim. While the militia were out fighting to protect their people, the people were in school learning, growning, and inventing newer ways to live and protect ourselves, to lessen the number of deaths our people received.

Who were they being taught by you ask? Not booksmart people, but those who have had experience in a field. Why? Because there were no books before them. Why? Because they are the ones who wrote them. They lived and breathed them, and without them, we would not be the fu<ked up country we love to hate right now.

You gain knowledge through experience....not the other way around, if when I google who said this because I can't remember, I will place it here as well.

You arent understanding my point. We ALL started out as cavemen. But even still what you are talking about is evolution of a species as a whole. Im talking about evolution as a country. Do you think you were born smart? Did u not have to learn to sit straight up before you could crawl. Then did you not have to crawl before you stood up and walked? Then talking. And while the baby is doing all of that its parents and guardians keep it safe. You grow, but there are always defenses while you grow and gain knowledge. Otherwise the baby wont survive.

No matter how much you'd like to keep your point, education is an essential for defence. Without education, there's no defense, because people wouldn't think about making giant walls like the Chinese Great Wall against invaders. No matter how much you'd like defense to be the top priority, without education, defense doesn't exist.

Ok. So the whole born with the protective instinct just went straight over your head then huh?

Let me break it down like House then since you seem to understand him like I do.

Education -Your brain and other major organs in the body, the source of all movement and activity for the human being.

Defense - The body, the vessel that holds the brain and other major organs. Without its protection, the brain and other organs would not work, would not attain knowledge, as they cannot function outside of the body.

But without the brain, the body is but an empty vessel. It will exist only. Never moving, never experiencing, but existing nontheless.

My first post stated that you must have all in order to function. But if I must choose one, then defense comes first.
