The Death God takes the soul of the user and opponent soul and traps them in a alt-dimension causing pain and suffer to the both of them. The Jutsu can be overpowered has it was seen by Orochimaru. Yea, not much of a Jutsu I would be using so I go with Susanoo.

Both Ninjutsu needs a User to activate. He suggesting which is best at sealing not which is stronger in physically attacking. Only the User who cast the Death God can see it.

you don´t get it, it CAN´T SEE IT before it touches him. it is something that would be maybe able to seal even untouchable madara as he wouldn´t see it
