However, when the summoner stands on Kyodaina's back, he can perform the handseals so that Kyodaina can use the jutsus.

~Both Declined: The first one is definitely not A-rank (seen it in Bleach) and need to be restricted differently when you make it S-rank (at least). The second needs further restriction; how many shuriken can you create? Infinite is an automatic decline~

The user focuses his chakra around his body which creates crimson "cloak" around the user thanks to which the user´s strength and speed increases dramatically. The user´s chakra is active all the time Kaio-ken is activated, the user is hurt every turn it is active.

~Declined: This should be ranked forbidden considering the great strain it puts on the user's body. Work on the restriction, 5 turns is too much and there should be some physical drawback other then 10 damage points which basically don't do anything~

Describtion: Sutaffu No Hinote is a spear-like staff, which is weapon, which is said to be made by gods for 1 person who masteres the Fire Release completely. This weapon is famous because it was weapon of Sage Of The Six Paths and than of his Older Son. This weapon has become even more famous for being 1 of the weapons of Madara Uchiha and when he was defeated by Shodai Hokage Hashirama, he took it and it became 1 of the biggest treasures of Konoha. This treasure wasn´t used for a long time, but during 2nd Shinobi Great War, Sandaime Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi was using it to increase his power in Fire Release. After the war, Sandaime Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi created "law" thanks to which it must never be used, only in the War in which Konoha would need big help. It wasn´t used in 3rd Shinobi Great War, but on the start of 4th Shinobi Great War, Godaime Hokage Tsunade gave this weapon to Migualon J.J., shinobi from Amegakure who decided to help them in this very hard war.

Description: The user will make a single hand sign causing several brown Kanji signs to appear over his whole body which then begins to glow with a brownish aura. As the Kanjis appear they will begin to draw in natural chakra from the earth, causing the user to enter a state called Ancient Earth Mode, which makes him able to ultlize a stronger form for earth release, it's more hardened and faster than ever. Only the most high ranked and skilled Earth users have been able to get acces to this state.
Abilities which the user gains:
-The users durability, stamina, strenght and speed inceases drastically.
-The user gains mastery over the Earth Element which makes him able to mold/use earth techniques without the need of hand signs or requires contact with the ground.
-The users Earth techniques will get boosted by +25 and +10 Taijutsu as his skin will get hardened aswell.
-The user will be able to sense anything which contains chakra, that is in contact with the ground.
Drawbacks:
-The Kanjis on the users body will remain glowing brownish for five turns after entering the mode, when the five turns end, the kanjis will loose their glow and the user will return to normal and won't be able to enter this state for the rest of the battle.
-The user cannot use any elemental ninjutsu execpt for for earth release, mainly because of the high amount of earth chakra within his body. Though non-elemental ninjutsu may still be taken in use in this mode.
-When the five turns end and the Kanjis loose their glow the user will return to normal with a heavily strain on their body and heavy breathing which leaves him pretty much open for attacks(The strain will be equaling to 20 damage on the user.).

Desription: The User concentrates his fire chakra and blows out a fireball into the air once he blows out the fireball. It explodes directly so, it also harmes the user. But when it explodes it releases dozens of needles that the user directs at his opponent. The needles are so, small that your opponent barely can see them. So, when this jutsu is used the user has to protect him/her self.

So, the users whole body is covered in Lava.+ the user can move freely. This, forbidden jutsu can be used against wepons who try to cut the users body, Wind jutsu, Fire jutsu. And, any attack weaker then S-class won't work on;y the five Elements.

~Declined: Work on the bold part. Add some restrictions, cause right now you're basically moving freely with a lava suit. There needs to be some physical drawbacks to you wearing a lava armor~

Description: The user sends a huge (house size) rolling wave of insects towards the opponent. The insects, in this falling motion, use the shine of their shells/exoskeleton to refract the light of the sun or the moon into the opponent’s eyes (unknown to them…only sees the wave) to cause them to have a mild seizure from the light. This makes a slight muscle spasm of the opponent’s legs, paralyzing them as the wave of insect crash down on them.

Description: This squad is made up of 15 puppets of the 100 Puppet Army. These puppets have seals on them (feet, arms, and chest) and work in three teams of five; the tags are to make a five seal barrier. The puppets, after surrounding the opponent, plant their legs underground (via drills); in a pentagon formation and release the seals at once. This instantly makes a barrier from puppet to puppet, three feet underground and eight feet above the ground (block style). The barrier can be destroyed by an aggressive S-rank technique or two A-rank technique, otherwise it’s unbreakable. The user can shoot Senbon/smoke into the barrier (counts as a move) from the puppets that make up the barrier (via small holes in front of the puppet’s mouth)

The puppets are outfitted with the normal puppet gear, with a few extras. The animals are Bat, Panther, Eagle, Tiger, and Octopus.
1. Ulquiorra-Bat: Has large spring loaded wings that give him the ability to generate A-rank gusts of wind. He also has a whip tail, and uses it as such.

2. Grimmjow-Panther: Is a basic combat puppet with blades extending from his elbows and legs. His lack of weapons, slender frame, and sharp claws give him an speed advantage over other puppets, this also increases his attack power to A-rank taijutsu

3. Redder-Eagle: Has large wings with sharp feathers (kunai size) that can be shot out at the opponent with the flap of the wing (B-rank). He also has sharp talons for feet.

4. Vega-Tiger: Has a sharp blade on each hand and a whip-like tail with a sharp short dual-sided blade on the end. On his head he has two steel fangs on each side of his face, with wire attached; these fangs are capable of being shot out and retracted. Vega has a small generator inside his head that applies a C-rank electrical current through the wire and fangs.

5. Luppi-Octopus: Has eight large steel tentacles extending from his back. The tentacles can reach to mid-range to attack and have retractable spikes in the ends, they also can be used to make an A-rank shield

~Declined: You need to elaborate a LOT more on your abilities if you want to get this one approved. "Great speed", "great strength", "being able to block jutsu and kunai...etc", this is all so vague. What are the limits of your technique? Make it restricted cause modes are really hard to get approve~

Im not familiar with submitting forms of taijutsu so please help me out if I do something wrong.

(Buzzard Sentou) Buzzard Combat

Description: Those who sign a contract with the buzzards are taught a special form of nin/taijutsu by Blaziken "The Combat Buzzard" in the buzzard realm. This form of nin/taijutsu is a special way of incorporating the fire element into the users battle style without hurting the user while doing it. Most of the techniques are wild and free such as fire itself and are just as destructive. The user learns this style of fighting by first being a master of the fire element. The next step is being able to release fire chakra through other areas other than the user's mouth. Once those steps are completed, the user is trained to release burst of fire through their limbs as they fight, making there attacks all that more destructive. (This fighting style is possible by releasing fire chakra through the very small holes in the skin that cant be seen by the naked eye which takes expert chakra control and causing it to ignite. The fire is special as the user is unaffected by the fire he/she releases due the training in buzzard realm, but can still be hurt by outside fire.) U can tell because the fire takes on more of an Orange-yellow hue than normal fire attacks.

Description: This weapon consists solely on the hilt and guard of a katana. As soon as the user ''unsheaths'' it from the scabbard, he immediately flows his chakra trough the hilt and shapes it like a katana, making it seem the user is unsheathing a blade made of chakra. This weapon has two unique abilities:
  • The first is that it is intangible, meaning it can pass trough matter and won't be able to cut or do any kind of physical damage to the opponent, however, the opponent won't be able to know that just by looking at the sword (unless he possesses dojutsu).
  • The other one is that when when it passes trough a living organism, it disturbs its chakra flow by hitting the tenketsu points on the chakra pathway system.
This sword was specifically made to do internal damage instead of physical damage in order to neutralize the opponent. This way the user could end a fight in a ''delicate'' manner, without spilling blood everywhere.

~Declined~ makes no sense as hurting the chakra points is still physical damage and it's contradictory to say it would pass through matter, but actually does such damage as you make a sword out of chakra, whick only possible if it's higely condensed and thus more or less physical. Description: This weapon consists on a sword with a very small blade, like if it was broken so that it can be held on its scabbard. As soon as the user unsheaths it from the scabbard, he immediately flows his chakra, that consists almost entirely of spiritual energy trough the small blade, increasing its size and shaping it like a katana, making it seem the user is unsheathing a blade made of chakra or energy. This created blade mostly composed by spiritual energy has two unique abilities:
  • The first is that it is intangible because it consists almost entirely of spiritual energy (similar to the worm-like creatures released by Tayuya's Doki), meaning it can pass trough matter and won't be able to cut the opponent, however, the opponent won't be able to know that just by looking at the sword (unless he possesses dojutsu).
  • The other one is that when the blade made of spiritual energy passes trough a living organism or a mass of chakra, it disturbs the chakra flow. If it passes trough a living organism, it will mess with the tenketsu points on the chakra pathway system. If it passes trough a mass of chakra, it can disturb it effectively enough to disperse it or neutralize it (These ability is to be used only trough techniques hereafter created).
This sword was specifically made to do internal damage in order to neutralize the opponent. This way the user could end a fight in a ''delicate'' manner, without spilling blood everywhere.

A wave of water rushing at you will remain a wave even after it's hit by your sword, it doesn't need to be structured. You sword claim to have abilities that work on everything, which it don't. Either change it's description (actually making it like tayuya; either chakra. This way you could reduce the size of incoming attacks), or do something completely different~

So just magnetizing your opponent doesn't mean it's going to attract both Gold Dust and Iron Sand, not to mention unless you already collected some, it's not going to crawl out of the ground and you don't have a 3rd Kazekage bio, so you can't use Iron Sand either way.

The user can send their gold dust in front of them at any point in the battle (while the armor is active), and create a shield to conduct up to A-rank lightning away from the user, or to defend against up to S-rank fire (melting the shield before reaching the user). The user can also reverse his magnetic field, sending the gold dust flying at high speeds in every direction (can harm the opponent if in short-range).

Description: Momo, the boss of all Lemur is equipped with large membrane-like wings attached to its arms that allow it to take flight. Its bones are presumed to be hollow like birds', which makes the lemur very lightweight and accessible to speeds that match the first gate. It has a prominently black face, with two proportionately large green eyes, and its fur is mostly white with several black stripes, although other color markings can be seen. Momo has two very wide and large ears on its head that give it fantastic hearing. These characteristics make the creature particularly difficult to catch, as it is quick and agile. The lemur seems to have a very acute sense of smell, as it is able to detect scents from a long range. All these qualities making Momo the best hunting ninja; maybe his cuteness too. Momo is small in size, being able to sit on his caster's shoulders, however that doesn't take away from his deadliness. Momo is far capable of employing drastic fuuton based techniques as well other secret techniques yet to be shown.
