fire is one of the elements in the naruto world known as katon or fire release,
the user creates creates fire using chakra nature manipulation which requires hand seals usually the tiger seal.
It is stronger than wind because when it comes in contact with wind the fire increases, on the other hand, it is weak against water since it can be extinguished, although a powerful fire jutsu can vaporize some water jutsus, especially when combined with water.
Katon is an offensive element. Some users are
jiraya, kakuzu, itachi, sasuke etc

*i sit down beside the fire and begin to meditate and feel the warmt of the fire as i do that i begin to think about the warm feeling as the heat circulates round my body, I do that until the oil stops burning*

After i memorize the hand seals, i try to perform the seals while molding up and focusing my chakra to my lungs until I mold up enough chakra, then I release it in form of a flammable gas*
