raikage's speed wouldnt matter or be a problem cuz he can use blaze release and form the amaterasu around susanoo but this time he wnt be able to break threw it cuz its the full form of susanoo so his speed wouldnt matter

Susanoo still costs chakra, he cant keep it up forever, Also how would sasuke hit Raikage if he cannot even track him when he is in raiton armor level 2
