I think the statement "best technique" goes either to the more massive and powerful it is or rather the best of a ninja's repetior

Hm.. Kakashi's best technique.. that would mainly be a manner of perspective. Does the question include Kakashi's best combination? Such as from the Naruto Accel 2 whereareas Kakashi combined three dragon techniques into a whirling vortex of pure awesome power of three different elements? If not his best technique would definitely have to be the time paradox technique he utilizes whilst using his Mangekyo sharingan.

I have to agree I think kakashii's best attack is the chidori however I also like that Water jutsu with the dragons that Kakashii used in the first movie I think that was tight^^
