In this case Yard takes 50 damage in total, which is slightly lower than Forbidden rank damage but a high S-rank damage if you read Blazing Tornado's restrictions clearly also that yu get 20 damage points from Lightning Pulse since it was charged forbidden.

Both of you take 30 damage. Saying you were long-range from Blazing tornado, none of you get the 30 damage since the damage you took came from the extreme heat of the Blazing Tornado.

Here's another EXAMPLE : Even if there were 10 of you in mid-range from that Blazing Tornado, Yard number 1 uses it, not only him would take the damage but all ten of you take the 30 damage.

Hence, Lily who used Lightning Pulse, takes the 50 damage while Coyote only takes 30.

Although, I am UNCERTAIN about the Souma no Kou ability, I was just watching the episode where Kiba VS Sakon and Ukon, and Ukon mentioned that his body cells merged with Sakon's, making them a whole body, but with added features.

Actually, burns from heat wouldn't be enough to kill. It would make me a little slower but not enough to actually kill. Also, I could just unfuse if I wanted and then I would only have half the damage.

Your own chakra cannot harm you, so nagashi doesn't harm the user.
But if there was another person merged with the person who uses nagashi, that would kill him inside of him.
Your twin has different chakra signature than you, so using the lightning pulse would kill him.
Merged at cellular level, you twin dies: you die.

You killed yourself, both of yourselves.

And I didn't even include the drawbacks from the techniques.
50 damage = Almost a full strength Chidori.
