picture needs to be on the net. try to create an album in your profile , then upload picture there, and copy pictures URL (its under teh picture) , and then you will be able to use ''insert image'' function.. lol

upload the picture to an album on your profile
click the picture you uploaded and scroll down
you'll see a code, which is called the URL
copy the code, after that you can upload the pic on to a message by clicking the "insert image" button. Paste the URL to it and press OK!! then walla ur done
