when human path said "you got me" from that genjutsu of jiraiya, nagato never really meant jiraiya got him literally. remember nagato doesn't want jiraiya to know about his secret. so nagato fools jiraiya about that statement to make jiraiya think that he is actually caught. and to be ably to surprise him after that with the other paths, coz remember jiraiya had no idea there where a total of 6 paths. got the point?

just think about this. if nagato did not say "you got me" in that genjutsu, instead he says, "actually, you did not got me, this is just my puppet" jiraiya will know that there is another one hiding and can prepare for it.and jiraiya might realize his secret.

to sum up, that statement is meant to fool jiraiya, dude! you should understand that by now. just common sense.

6 Bodies , but Itachi can only put one under genjutsu , so other 5 rapes Itachi.

Nagato

Nagato already has the six paths inside him.Each path is considered an individual with its own chakra ( that's why they need 6 dead bodies ) , so when Nagato is under genjutsu,the paths disturb his chakra (like jinchuriki) to break genjutsu

This alongside the mentioned points :

1) Genjutsu blocks ( were hard to break through for an expert )
2) Fooling Jiraiya

Hes not immune but it is proven that he has defences vs genjutsu that effects the mind(aka visual genjutsu) naruto shippuden episode 04:21 and you keep bringing up ma and pa genjutsu but that required sound and obviously didnt effect there minds because there dead bodies who are brain dead so it must of effected there chakra signals+he has genjutsu traps inside his brain as well please watch the episode hes not immune but well defended especially his real body where his techniques are much stronger
