If its regular sasuke, than he can use EMS if he wants.

if it's sasuke vs nagato then sasuke will win but if it's the six bodies of pain against sasuke the pain wins
but this is only because nagato isn't very mobile and i think sasuke isn't at his best when out numberd

then why didnt he use it against, danzo,deidara,itachi,oro, ect....:flaw:

he does not have EMS yet!.U_U

I believe he used it against danzo? And he didnt use it against deidera, oro or itachi because he got it after killing itachi.

but still, how would this practically solve the whole fighting pain thing, if he has the 6 paths ( his weaker form) he could practically see all your moves (shared vision) he can revive fallen pains, he can block ninjustsu, genjutsu has none or little effect do to the rinnegan, and in his awesome mode (one person) he took on itachi, naruto, and almost killed all 3 of them...

so your saying a crippled nagato vs. sasuke.... dude seriously that would be no fight.. but then again if he has the six pains or if he was a young revived pain, it wouldnt be much of a fight either because sasuke would get his a$$ handed to him...
