I'm not sure exactly what I can do as the "Nagato" of this group, but I'd like to at least give some input to some bios.

So, you have fire style and genjutsu, and MS. I'd like to know exactly what your MS can do. You sound a lot like a female Itachi from the Rain village...

Well ya and my MS can use Ameterasu and Tsukyomi (spelling wrong xd) and Susano as Itachi

History:

Rascale was born to a secret and feared clan that lived in the mountains surrounding Iwagakure. Rarely seen or heard from, these people kept to themselves.

The reason they were so feared is because they possessed a rare kekkei genkai. This kekkei genkai appeared on the skin of those who were born it. Black studs, dotted the arms of each person, and each stud gave access to a different element. When combined with their advanced taijutsu skills, these elements changed the form of their fighting, and allowed them to release bursts of pure elemental chakra. Rascale would practice taijutsu everyday in the mountains of Iwagakure. He began with crushing small boulders with just one punch or kick. After becoming even stronger, he practiced on full sized mountains, punching holes through their foundations. As time passed, Iwagakure became more wary of Rascale, and his special ability. They decided action had to be taken.

One night, shinobi from Iwagakure infiltrated their mountain home, and kidnapped Rascale's lover. Unfortunately, Rascale was out training away from the village, and did not know she had been taken. He came back the next morning to find many of his people dead, and his love, Salia, missing. Iwagakure promised that if Rascale turned himself over to the village, they would release Salia. He agreed, and met the Tsuchikage and his elite shinobi guard outside of the village. Before turning her over, the Tsuchikage cut Salia's throat, and attempted to capture Rascale. With his love lost, he flew into a blood-lust killing most of the shinobi present. Before escaping, he swore vengeance on the Tsuchikage, and fled into the night.

Abilities:

Summoning Animal: Grizzly Bear; the leader Ursus

Kekkei Genkai: When a stud is activated on Rascale's arm, an element is used to define his taijutsu style; Also when he delivers a kick or punch, whatever element he is using is ejected from his body in small bursts.

Taijutsu
Fire - Harsh damage, with rapid strikes; scorches opponent with flame bursts
Wind - Quick cuts and blows, sharp strikes; slices opponents with blades of air
Lightning - Erratic devastation, wild and fierce; paralyzes opponents with strikes of lightning
Earth - Powerful crushing blows, brute force; distracts opponents with gusts of sand
Water - Fluid and calculated, no energy is wasted; overwhelms opponent with torrents of water

Ninjustsu
Fire Style - proficient
(Fire Style: Infernal Cage - Traps the opponent in a cage of scorching hot flame, usually burning them alive)

Wind Style - advanced
(Wind Style: Swarm of Hornets - Sends small pockets of condensed air hurtling at high speeds toward the opponent)
(Wind Style: Maelstrom of Blades - Sends razor sharp blades of air at the opponent)

Lightning Style - proficient
(Lightning Style: Lightning Dragon - Sends a bolt of lightning in the shape of a dragon at the enemy)

Earth Style - proficient
(Earth Style: Earth Covering - Defensive jutsu that layers on a heavy, but protective armor)

Water Style - advanced
(Water Style: Twin Liquid Blades - Creates two blades made of compacted water to be used as swords)
(Water Style: Heavenly Geyser - Sends columns of water hurtling up through the ground, ensnaring victims in its area)

Nice history, and very nice abilities; not too OP'ed, but strong enough to be a little more than Jonin. So I'm assuming that you're very proficient at Taijutsu, even when not enfused with elements. Now, question time: Can the studs allow you to use an element for elemental ninjutsu as well as increasing taijutsu?

I mentioned before that he was a prodigy, mastering every technique his father ever taught him before he learned the Kinjutsu. He also took down several hundred shinobi by himself. I was implying a powerful skill base, intelligence, and as his scyth is close range he's strong in up close combat. Genjutsu (for the most part) is every range and that allows for him to get close range. He also has kusarigama-jutsu which is basically mid-ranged.

O_O When I said that, I meant that Frezari would be just another member of the akatsuki, and I (Sharingdork, not Frezari) would do the stuff like make the social group, ect. But if you insist, then I get to pick my partner when the applications are closed.

Now about susy the only thing is this is 100's of years after the current events of naruto shippuden so pain isn't around at this time but! it could still work...what if susy is like madara and she has been around for all those years (not sure how madara did but same idea) and susys goal is to figure out how to bring Pain back for real like not just edo tensei? and also just try to come up with a few more original ideas for her like maybe she invented some unique jutsu or something so shes not just another uchiha ok? good job though. Itachis Susanoo and sasukes are very different and unique to them so maybe thats how youre character can be original think of a unique way to portray your susanoo like for instance it wields a whip as a weapon...or you know just anything different

And ok sharingdork maybe it would be better if you were just another member then, but I wanted to you to be partnered with rain specifically because I had in mind a jutsu where you could combine your lightning styles but if you really don't want to then you don't have to

O i forgot to add that my characters chakra levels are wayy beyond average, using his stronger jutsu's to his advantage without tiring.

Well, your character is very custom, but your abilities are very cannon. i'm not sure if Chris wants caracters to be as custom as they can be, or if he's alright with this, or what, so I'll just let him take care of saying if want's you to edit your bio or not.

I'll be partnered with Rain. And remember, Fezari can use NATURAL lightning, as well as chakra created lightning. so far, the only shown natural lightning jutsu is Kirin. :zonder: He also basically combined Magnet Style and Blast style.

What kind of techniques did his father teach him? and I got the rest, but what kind of jutsu did his father teach him; just the genjutsu and kusarigamajutsu, or was he taught elemental and ninjutsu as well? and is he also proficient in normal taijutsu without the scyth, or is it just with the scyth?

Damn thats a good idea to explain susans nagato thing I think we will go with that and by the way angel I do really like your idea of a female itachi because they were no major female uchiha characters in naruto shippuden, but still just try to think of something that makes he uniquely different like one thing at least that makes her different then Itachi.

And yeah I'm glad you don't mind being Rains partner and I love the way you described your characters powers.

I guess I should've clariffied.

His genjutsu ability didn't come until he started training in the Kinjutsu, as well as the Scyth.

He learned Kusarigamajutsu from his father and through that chakra based/non-elemental jutsu (generates jutsu through his weapons, which increases to long range I guess)

He knows known elemental jutsu (example, shuriken shadow clone jutsu, rasengan, needle jizo...he doesn't know these perticulars these are just examples)

And he knows the Hidden technique Minds Eye of Kagura (Karin was from Kusagakure so I assumed that was a village jutsu) giving him sensory abilities.
