He used sound genjutsu on 3 paths and i believe seeing as nagato has multiple paths inside of him its disturbing his own chakra and thats one of the 3 ways to get out of genjutsu

but surely if they were Consatnly Disturbing His his Chakra he would have no Chakra control. which means he couldn't Use His techniques in order to use Jutsu's You need chakra control.

Hes not constantly disturbing his chakra just if he was put under genjutsu he could disturb his own chakra like sakura in the chunin exams a 3 tomoe sharigan user broke out of genjutsu so a rinegan user could and that was itachis high strength genjutsu not tysukami

its possible for some genjutsu but if Nagato dind't know he was in a gnejutsu he wouldn't be able to break out of it.

also If Nagato was put in Tsukuyomi the time Frame is to short for him to Break out of it. it only lasts a second

when jiraya got him in genjutsu he immediately knew and praised jiraya he could break out of it if a sharringan user can in his real strongest form.
I dont understand that point about Tsukuyomi but you can be itachi ill be pain the 6 paths you can move first if you think you can get all the paths in genjutsu with itachis stamnia
