It may affect Nagato, but the bodies minds are separate, think about it, how can Tsukiyomi kill what isn't alive? And I already said that Jaraiya's sage mode jutsu binds the mind specifically, if it was possible to reach Nagato's mind from the tendo through the genjutsu, then all 6 tendo and Nagato should have been binded, he has to catch them one at a time, good luck with that when 6 paths are all bearing down on you

Itachi wud follow him with Susano'o present after using Amateratsu 2 kill Naraka n Animal, Tsukuyomi 2 kill Human n Asura n Susano'o 2 take care of Pretha.(All this happens about d same time). When Deva is close enough Itachi wud look 4 d highest place close 2 Deva. After he figures it out he wud go and cast a genjutsu on Nagato while Chikudan Tensei forms.

That doesnt make sense i know your trying to make itachi win but how would a genjutsu cast on a dead body that is one of 6 effect Nagato who is using chakra rods to control them so it doesnt connect up

that proves that his bodies couldnt get him out. He just stood in that genjutsu helplessly, until it ended.

If they have shared vision shouldnt they all see themselves in genjutsu.

then nagato and the bodies would see the same thing, and wud be all be caught in the genjutsu

tsukiyomi is instant and only eye contact is needed, and don't forget that pain can have his chakra disturbed and affects their senses it does not matter how it is done whether sound or eye it has a same effect but ppl can just take it to different levels of it and how effective it is and iitachi's tsukiyomi is one of the best out there. And he need not even do that he can use a wide variety of genjutsu other than just tsukiyomi which takes a toll on his body.
