well it does 200 damage which is by far the most out of any jutsu in the batle arena rules. so no, it doesn't 1 shot someone. but the element mixture in the jutsu redures opponents to perform jutsu improperly like jiraiya did in the sannin showdown.

maoh, it took even "shippuden naruto" over 2 days to master sage mode, so don't think for a second this will be easy and quick. and there isn't a guaruntee that you'll even make it past hermit mode either, or make it to any mode for that matter.
