Mokuton is earth and Suiton is Water. Katon is Fire and Yoton is Lava.
But you need more than just Katon to achive Yoton but you only said 2, so I chose my favorites ;b

No you don't.

Blaze (aka Enton) is only the flames of Amaterasu being manipulated. That's all. It has first shown when Sasuke used shape manipulation on Amaterasu while A was about to leg drop him. Before Gaara intervened. Sasuke himself calls it an Enton attack
