I am making a Bio and putting effort into it and I came upon some questions that I would like help in. If you know the links of where to find this information it is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Please note this is my first bio and I want to start off on the right track. So please be kind to me. .__.
-What age does your bio character have to be?
-Aside from the basic E Rank jutsus you must include in your bio, can you choose a element jutsu or you can only learn those through tutoring (like with a Sensei or whatnot)?
-Can I have a regular weapon like a katana with no effects in my bio or do I have to make a submission?
-How do you become part of a village and where do you look?
-On the bio, there is a part where you have to put ninja rank. Do you put your ninja rank that is from your post counts or do you start as a genin? Do you level based on battles?
