Naruto during chunin arc didnt know anything except for spamming shadow clones but konohamaru beat one pain......so it depends on which way you see the fight leaning towards.

If its after jiraiya trained naruto, then naruto wins because I can't see konohomaru taking someone like neji out. But if its before that, then naruto gets to see the rasengan up close for the first time.
