There is nothing wrong with this thread. I too removed at least 4-5 threads about where the manga is. Those threads are just retarded as it clearly shows a lack of common sense. You only would post such a thread if you are under the naive impression that the people who scanlate the chapters are some kind of official company working with strict deadlines which they have to reach at all costs like in the newspapers companies. But that's not the case, not by a long shot. This are people who do it out of their own free will, it's not some kind of proffesional company. So it's common sense to assume that there always can be issues and that the chapters can be delayed.
I always assume that the chapter is released somewhere in a timespan of 12 hours on Wednesday and on rare occassions on Thursday. I can understand if you make such threads on Friday or Saturday as then there really is something wrong. But making such threads on a moment where it's perfectly normal that it hasn't appeared yet is stupid, then you indeed lack some common sense. After all asking in the middle of the night why the sun isn't rising is stupid, those threads are in the exact same category as that example. So of course we get annoyed that people make those threads as it's practically spam, which is against the rules, so Mugi made this thread to make that clear.
And then someone calls him Hitler? And then you call that being "butthurt" -_- let me give you a mathematical lesson. Insulting staff member = 2 infraction points, he did it at least twice because...he was doing his job. Insulting someone because he's doing the job he needs to do is, well, retarded. So that makes 4 infraction points. On top of that his post is also considered spam = 1 infraction point. That gives a total of at least 5 infraction points and you need 3 infraction point to be automatically banned. So following the rules step by step he's banned in any case.
Also if you think that you can break the rules multiple times before we're going to give you a severe punishment, you're being extremely naive and oblivious. The factor of how severe the rulebreaking was, is very important. Let me illustrate this situation for you with a real life example:
Innocent Slow Cheetahh: "I'm an angel, I haven't done anything wrong in my entire life :lili:"
*Slow Cheetahh shoots innocent bystander through the head*
Cop Mugi: "That's it, you go to jail"
Innocent Slow Cheetahh: "Hitler! Hitler!"
Kirabi is a pervet: "Mugi, you're being butthurt! He only did one thing wrong and you lock him up!"
Do you now get the picture =/ a murder is more severe than his insults, however the analogy gives the same picture of the situation. He insulted a mod multiple times, practically calling him corrupt without any reason at all and then you start saying that Mugi is just buttheard and that he shouldn't have banned him because "he only broke the rules once", which on itself is already a horrible observation as he broke the rules at least 3 times.
His and your post are even less worth than the infamous platypus excrement.
I explained this a few days ago to another person too. If you don't know anything about something, don't involve yourself in it or you just going to embarass yourself as you're being ignorant. We mods have a certain space in which we can do whatever we want, for something one would give an infraction, another would ban a person. However both are correct. It's only when we step outside that space we are being corrupt, however what Mugi did was perfectly justified.
