The anime and manga actually portray Tsunade as very weak yeah shes a sanin but im sure sasuke could take tsunade out without too much trouble me honestly would have to say the uchiha brothers would win.

u kno after itachi does all tht u said at the begining he is pretty much OUT of chakra. this is healthy orochimaru .plus orochimaru wudnt die from it anyway he wud just shed skin from amaterasu and arrow wudnt do nuthin 2 him. plus they can look at his feet and fight. all of them are old and sure 2 have trained 2 fight uchihaas. theyd just look at the feet. also jiriya has ma and pa for backup(sage masters also). pplus itachi and sasuke cant genjutsu all the summons (gamabunta, the other graceful giant frog, katsuya, manda) thts 2 much 4 them 2 do and not get attacked whie distracted.plus katsuya division in their clothes wud heal them of damage. itachi wud burn out quick. sasuke wud be left and be beaten.
AS 4 SAGE MODE- NO it doesnt take a long tym just an instant cmon ppl they already showed tht.

Dont underestimate Tsunde she has an amazing summon, she hits people like no other, she is the best medical nin meaning she can Make sure Jiraiya and orochi can keep up longer then sasuke and Itatchi. Even Jiraiya though that Tsunade was a stronger shinobi then him. And again its about teamwork everyone just looks at this like its going to be 1v1 all the time with the rest just laying back. The sannin are a team they will not allow eachother to simeply die by a mere genjutsu or amaterasu.
btw where are all the sannin fanboys come on back me up here the legendary ninja cant lose.

You doubt he is more intelligent than Jiraiya? Really? That is just you overhyping him, I also like Jiraiya and I was saddest at his death but come on Itachi has never lost so far except to disease. He has shown nothing but ingenuity and genius right from the start.
Plus you need to know that you are in a genjutsu to be able to dispel it. Something you obviously don't realize. How many of the people Itachi put in genjutsu knew they were in it? None. Oro didn't know, Sasuke didn't know most of the time, Deidara didn't know. Except for Kakashi and Sasuke when he was deliberately torturing them. This is why it is so deadly, you have to know but Itachi makes it seem like reality, unless he is torturing you with Tsukuyomi in which case you have already lost.
Plus Itachi is faster than all of the Sannin, as is Sasuke, and they both have Susanoo and Amaterasu. I don't care how good you overhype them to be they aren't good enough to beat two MS users of Sasuke and Itachi's skill level. Plus Itachi has his legendary Susanoo weapons, which make him invincible with it up.
Maybe if neither of them had MS then the Sannin could win. But not this way. Even then they would still have trouble with Itachi's regular genjutsu.
Again u asume they have an infinite supply of chakra and can just use susanoo as long as they pleas, It takes hugh tolls on their body they can endure an all out fight against a team that is being backed up by the best medical nin. Also Jiraiya has shown extremely knowledgable in jutsu he would see a genjutsu coming from miles away on top of that he got his summons and partners to break the genjutsu. Only if Itatchi could catch them all even all the summons in one genjutsu he would win this instantly but the chance of that happening and Itatchi being able to keep it up is probably zero
O yeah and Itatchi and kisame opted not to face Jiraiya because the best they could do against him was a tie. And dont say this is Itatchis trickery because Kisame who probably knew the extend of Itatchis power stated that Jiraiya was on a whole other level.
And dont assume im overhyping Jiraiya m not saying he could beat em on his own even a one on one witch Itatchi would be very close for him possibly even a loss. But I mean three of the best shinobi who have fought togheter so mush and know how to work togheter plus they have an insane large amount of jutsu. The uchihas wouldnt stand a chance relying on Individual skills and jutsu while being obliterate by the combined power of the Sannin. Not even Madara, Minato or Hiruzen wouldnt stand a chance (maybe the three of them togheter could)

Ok I checked it ur apsolutly right, my mistake. Altough I also remebered the fact that Jiraiya was abel to seal amaterasu this could give him and his team mates a big counter to Itatchi and Sasuke.
@dave What I said was almost identical as what u said so what makes me the fanboy?
To seal Amaterasu Jiraiya had to:
1. Pull out the scroll
2. Kneel on the ground
3. Write sealing formula on it
Its impossible to counter Amaterasu that way during battle. The only sannin that can counter Amaterasu is Orochimaru, Jiraiya and Tsunade has nothing against it.

thank you somebody who knows the show, jman is strong but without complete sage mode ge sure enough couldnt beat itachi, who is pretty much one of the most powerful characters clearly, while in the manga he has always been seen sick and with blurred vision yet, many still cant beat him
He can put it into reach forhand knowing he is facing It and with the summons and Orochi and tsunade defending him doing the sealing "ritual" wont be a real issue. And its not like they can spam Amaterasu once they know he can seal it they would be fools to use it often as it would most likely just consume alot of their chakra an MS wich is the biggest weakness itatchi has.
Again its not one on one, even if Jiraiya couldnt do it on his own witch I think he could if he used sage mode. He doesnt even have to he has 2 extremly powerfull shinobi to help him and they probably know how to work togheter like no other. Always same arguments for Itatchi and sasuke never even bothering to counter what I said because I have been saying the same for some posts now and every body keeps saying. Itatchi has genjutsu, they have Amaterasu they have susanoo. there is also many who cant beat Jiraiya so no argument there.

Again the same bullshit. they wouldnt let Jiraiya fight 1v1 with sasuke while they take on Itatchi. They would keep together at all time thats why they would win. On the contrary they would probably try to get sasuke out of the battle for a moment using the stomach of the fire toad for example and then go 1v3 at Itatchi.

I go with the sennins. Orochimaru took on the 9 tails in 4 tails mode with and could maybe fight 5 tailed mode if his body wasn't failing him at the time. Jiriaya was hurt by a 4th tailed Naruto but he was caught by surprised and in sage mode he almost beat Pain who took on 4 tails, then 6th tails and finally 8 tails. Jiriaya even created a seal to stop Naruto if he transforms. Tsunade gots super strength, healing jutsus, poison jutsus, summoning, can mess up your nervous system like she did to kabuto who manage to figure out how to work his body because he knows medical jutsus too. Jiriaya can use his mud swamp when sasuno is use to stop the uchias movements and a few giant rasengans to weaken sasuno then jiriaya can fires a fire blast with gamabuta's oil and ignites the mud swamp and blow the whole area up. Itachi can protect himself with his shield and sasuke can if he surround his sasuno with black flames to eat up the damage he would of taken. This is the turning point, Itachi and sasuke can be affected by the frog song because it's a genjutsus throught hearing and they can only see throught genjutsus, ninjutsus, and taijutsus that they can see, hence the sharingan power being in the eyes.

1) Itatchi caught him because Orochi wanted his body he didnt want to kill Itatchi this greed made him blind and using a jutsu that was very weak against a sharingan the same with Sasuke and at that time Orochi was ill and weakened
2) If anyone has experience and knowledge about all kinds of jutsu its the sannin, they have been trained by hiruzen a master of an imense amount of jutsu and orochimaru himself is know to want to have all jutsu due to this he probably knows the most about jutsu out of all the shinobi. And they would use eachother to release the genjustsu instead of a beast inside them
3) Jiraiya was able to hold of pein while charging for his sagemode on his own now he has Tsunade, orochi and their ridiculously strong summons to help him
4) Tsunade was onyl beaten because then she was paralyzed by her fear of blood. Also Tsunade is a Kage level shinobi and easly on par with the strongest. She is very underestimated in my opinion
5) No one says sasuke is faster then the Sannin he has the same speed as orochimaru and Jiraiya according to the date book actualy Jiraiya and Tsunade are 2 of the strongest taijutsu users with their immense strenght (especialy tsunade)
6) Jiraiya has been seen sealing Amaterasu and could block it with his toad stomach. I doubt any of their attack would go trough Triple Rashōmon and then there is katsuyu and manda who both have shown to ben able to take massive damage. And this is only what we have seen knowing Orochimarus desire for jutsu he probably has more ways to defend than u can imagine but that is ofcourse speculation
7) People who come over and over with the same arguments without even bothering to read what the others say about this but still just say the uchiha win easly. Those are the true fanboys refusing to see the inevitable
And no the summons arent worthless aside from the massive size summons who are insanly good in both offence and defence there are still the small once such as ma and pa who can do genjutsu. Also Even if Itatchi would be able to control em or take them out with amaterasu and susanoo he would be out of chakra before he even got to fighting with the real targer
