Sasuke didn't technically beat bee, because bee left and bee wasn't even going his hardest against sasuke. As for Raikage, he didn't beat him either, Raikage just had to cut off his own arm do ametarasu didn't kill him. Besides, i think A would have killed sasuke if Gaara didn't step in even though his leg would have been damaged by ametarasu.
