For me it could have been the past three times I got fired or it could be when I was playing piano for a wedding and my keyboard went on the fritz I don't know for sure but you guys can share yours while I think on mine.

everytime i have to speak for a crowd:| but seriously when i slipped on water in a stage in the middle of a dance scene for over 200 people and i broke my wrists and when my mom goes to a boy in the street and asks pointing at me if he is single so he can date me xD

I never really had any real embarassing moments - or at least anything I'd consider embarassing. While I don't freely pass gas in public, if the urge is too great, I just tell everyone that stares at me "like you never did it" and it shuts 'em up. I had to do that a couple times in school.
I think the most embarassing moment would be the first time they got my name mixed up in the female's roll call when they assigned gym locks. This happened each year through middle school. Then in Junior year, I finally told them, "this happens every year, do you guys just ignore the 'M' checked where it says 'gender?'"
