possibly, but nagato id the breed of the so6p, the kids are always stronger, well he's the 4th person to have the rinnegan, i thinkfirst hokagei think he is the greatest ninja that ever lived after SO6P

I don't know its hard to choose against the two. Both exceptional ninja. I choose "Nagato Barely." If you think about he is going up against a Ninja who fought Madara and controled the Tailed Beast. He is also battling the original user of the Wood Style element. In a real battle I doubt Hashirama will just seat there and let him win. He will put up a hella of a fight.

i don't know much about first but i think he was able to defeat 9 tails and nagato could not possibly defeat hashirama

Nagato löose against naruto(i know at that time nagato was not helthy but naruto at that time use 70% sage mode n 30% kyubi mode/chakra). 1st beat madara and kyubi at the same time[madara with ems n full control on kyubi.and kyubi was also in it full open form at that time) and i'm sure that 1st surely know the secret abt rinnegen powers. So 1st wins here 4 sure.
