about nagato's wind affinity..when jiraira was training them 3..they did a combination attack to destroy jiraiya's clone..there nagato used a wind element attack so from that i assumed that was his element

Right, but because he has the Rinnegan (and he does in the pic you cited), his affinity is to all elements.
Uchiha = paper fan used to fan a fire. refers to uchiha clan's usage of fire style.
Senju = can mean 1000 skills, 1000 hands, or 1000 trees depending on who you ask

Edit: Captain Shodai also states this above) the meaning of the fan refers to their fire element release ability. Recall that to be a member of the Uchiha is to be able to use a fire release (Sasuke flashbacks, Fugaku explains it) jutsu, and the fan strengthens the fire, hence the symbol. It has nothing to with a few of them starting trouble. However, you can interpret it personally however you want, as you did above.
does that mean kakashi's related to the senju's?
No, he's copied over a 1,000 jutsu using a Sharingan, which is an Uchiha doujutsu, so that doesn't really fit.
