the sword hits him and you forgot the part where he says you think a small cut could kill him clearly meaning that he didnt bother trying to get out of the way just face it your sword is not as fast as your making it out your over hyping it like itachi.

they said genjutsu not just sound genjutsu is his weakness and it trapped 2 paths not one. Rinnegan>sharingan does not mean high lvl genjutsu doesn't work.

it can affect nagato until prooven otherwise just like any other attack.
he didn't use tsukuyomi because wouldn't work your'e right.
Kabuto was in controll of his body the only way the Genjutsu would be affective was if itachi used it on kabuto.

rinegan is not immune to genjutsu like you think.

dude in the manga it said that it works on everyone except someone with his own blood with sharingan. And did u see in the manga he had no time to use it, he had to go save naruto and bee and once he did, chibaku tensei was put forward, genjutsu was not gonna stop that tech so they obviously had to use their long range techs to beat it. And he just sealed him afterwards real fast and nagato barely notice it that is called fast.

dude then even nagato got hit by the sword if he was fast he cud have defended against it or even dodged it right. It is clear as day that its fast becus oro did not notice getting hit by it and neither did nagato.

your leaving things out like the massive dust cloud in front of nagato the sword is not as fast as you make out it can be dodged easily i gave you a reference point look at naruto shippuden episode 138 11:57 you will see the true speed of the sword.
